We are seeking a compassionate, strong, and team-oriented Director of Nursing (DON) to lead our nursing department in a growing Skilled Nursing Facility in the Cincinnati area. This leadership role is ideal for an RN who is passionate about resident care, staff development, clinical excellence, and creating a positive culture within long-term care. ✨

What We're Looking For:

Active Ohio RN license Previous SNF/LTC leadership experience preferred Strong clinical, regulatory, and organizational skills Knowledge of PDPM, survey readiness, infection control, and quality measures Ability to lead, mentor, and support nursing staff Team player with excellent communication and problem-solving skills ✨

Responsibilities Include:

Oversight of all nursing operations and clinical systems Staff education, support, and leadership development Ensuring regulatory compliance and survey preparedness Quality improvement and resident care oversight Collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, physicians, and families Maintaining a positive, resident-centered environment ✨
