Facilities Setting/Hours:
100% In-Office | First Shift Join trak group in partnering with a growing client in Cincinnati, Ohio that's expanding its Manufacturing team.
Responsibilities:
Experience supporting facilities maintenance and project coordination within a manufacturing or industrial environment Strong ability to plan, prioritize, and coordinate work orders, ensuring availability of materials, tools, labor, and parts Hands-on experience using SAP (including SAP Fiori / Plant Maintenance) or similar
CMMS/ERP
systems to manage maintenance activities Proven ability to maintain accurate equipment records, asset histories, and maintenance documentation within
CMMS/ERP
systems Experience authoring and maintaining technical documentation, including work instructions, safety procedures, maintenance plans, change controls, and CAPAs Ability to act as a liaison between Facilities, Operations, and external vendors or contractors to ensure alignment and execution Experience participating in cross-functional projects related to facility improvements, expansions, or operational enhancements Strong continuous improvement mindset, with a focus on increasing uptime, asset reliability, safety, and operational efficiency Experience developing and optimizing preventive and predictive maintenance programs Familiarity with audit and inspection processes, with the ability to support compliance activities Experience supporting project scoping, RFQs, vendor selection, and contractor coordination Understanding of equipment hierarchies, functional locations, and spare parts inventory management Ability to assist in project planning, including defining scope, schedules, resources, and tracking progress Experience tracking and reporting KPIs such as maintenance metrics, downtime trends, equipment performance, and cost analysis Strong attention to detail in monitoring maintenance spend and inventory usage
Requirements:
Strong time management skills with the ability to balance planned maintenance, reactive work, and project-based activities simultaneously Excellent written and verbal communication skills for clear coordination across teams and stakeholders Ability to work effectively with a wide range of partners, including technicians, vendors, contractors, and internal teams Demonstrated accountability and reliability, with a strong commitment to safety standards and practices Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address operational and maintenance challenges Adaptability and flexibility, with the ability to adjust to changing priorities and work independently with minimal supervision
Physical Requirements:
Ability to safely use hands for operating tools, controls, and equipment in a facilities or maintenance environment Physical capability to climb ladders and stairs and access rooftops as needed Ability to perform tasks requiring bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and working in confined spaces Ability to lift and carry materials or equipment up to 20 lbs Ability to remain stationary or active for extended periods throughout the workday Basic proficiency in operating computers and standard office equipment Ability to maintain regular onsite presence during standard business hours If you're ready to take the next step in your career and want to make an impact, partner with trak group to explore this opportunity.
