Job Description:
We are seeking a Facility Environmental Supervisor to lead environmental compliance and sustainability efforts within our distribution center. This role ensures adherence to regulations, drives environmental initiatives, and supports safe, efficient operations. Key Responsibilities Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and company policies Manage waste programs, including recycling and hazardous materials (if applicable) Lead environmental audits, inspections, and incident investigations Track and report environmental metrics (waste, energy, emissions) Drive sustainability and continuous improvement initiatives Partner with Operations, Safety, and Maintenance teams Train employees on environmental practices and procedures Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Safety, or related field (or equivalent experience) 3-5+ years of environmental compliance experience (warehouse/industrial preferred) Knowledge of EPA and related regulations Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills Why Join Us Impact sustainability and environmental performance Collaborative, safety-focused environment Growth opportunities within operations and EHS
