The Facility Operations Team is the front line of the Life Time experience. This role directly impacts how members, guests, and fellow Team Members feel the moment they walk into the club. POSITION SUMMARY
As a Facility Operations Supervisor , you are responsible for leading your fellow Operations Team Members in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming club environment while delivering exceptional member service . You operate with a high level of ownership and professionalism , ensuring every space reflects Life Time's premium brand standards. JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintain exceptional cleanliness, safety, and presentation standards across all indoor and outdoor club spaces Ensure locker rooms are spotless, organized, fully stocked, and consistently exceed member expectations Coordinate and oversee the Team Members working your shift, assigning tasks and documenting their completion Take personal accountability for the state of all facilities while on shift, especially in the absence of the Facility Operations Lead Wash, fold, and stock towels with precision and pride, maintaining an elevated standard of care Receive orders and sort inventory when needed Monitor and manage locker room consumables, cleaning products, and chemicals in alignment with departmental budgets and sustainability standards Engage with members and guests in a friendly, professional, and solutions-oriented manner Respond knowledgeably to member questions regarding Life Time products, services, policies, and procedures Collaborate with leaders and other departments to support a connected, energized, and high-performing club environment Take ownership of details others overlook—because excellence lives in the details
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Ability to routinely bend, lift, and carry items weighing 20+ lbs Ability to remain in a stationary position and move throughout the club for extended periods Strong work ethic, reliability, and personal accountability Commitment to maintaining high standards even when no one is watching
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
High School Diploma or GED Prior experience in hospitality, facilities, operations, or customer-facing roles Prior experience in a leadership role A service-driven mindset with a desire to grow, learn, and contribute at a high level
