This employer will be holding a special event here in Dayton on Saturday, June 13, 2026. We are looking for Facilities Associates who can help assist with making this event a HUGE success. Facilities Associate responsibilities include:

Maintaining restrooms and other areas inside the facility. These areas are closed off to the public, but will need to be maintained for the benefit of employees and festival workers. Clearing and cleaning tables and chairs throughout the event area. Tables will be in constant use by event attendees, so ongoing monitoring and cleanup will be necessary. Pick-up trash bags, change can liners, and transport trash to dumpsters for pickup. (Trash duties can be physically demanding, and heavy lifting will be required). Stay after the event to help fold up tables, stack chairs, and sweep floors. Facilities Associate requirements and working environment include: Janitorial experience preferred, able to work in the crowd, basic knowledge of restroom cleaning and able to pull trash. The event is largely indoor, with two additional designated areas that are outside. Associates will be standing on their feet the majority of their shift. Breaks will be provided, and there is complimentary food and beverages provided (Break area is indoors) Attire - This is a formal black-tie event. Therefore, staff should wear all black - preferably a black Button Down or Polo-style shirt, black pants, black comfortable shoes. Clothing must be clean, neat, in good condition, and fit properly. Associates are encouraged to bring a change of clothes with them. A special parking area will be reserved for employees who are working the event.
