Innovative Technologies Corporation (ITC) is seeking a Sr Program Manager to support a proposal we are bidding on for the National Space Intelligence Center (NSIC) Project Delivery Team (PDT) at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio. We estimate the award will be made in late 2026. This position will provide senior-level program management support for the National Space Intelligence Center Space Force Intelligence Facility (SFIF) Military Construction (MILCON) project. The selected candidate will serve as the Government's primary program management advisor supporting project planning, execution oversight, schedule management, stakeholder coordination, risk management, and overall Project Delivery Team (PDT) integration throughout the facility lifecycle. Required Clearance Level Active Top Secret (TS) security clearance. Ability to obtain and maintain SCI eligibility and any required SAP access. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university. Minimum 10 years of program or project management experience. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. Experience supporting Military Construction (MILCON) projects. Experience utilizing Primavera P6 scheduling software. Experience supporting large-scale facility construction or infrastructure programs. Experience managing project schedules, risks, and stakeholder communications. Experience coordinating across multiple functional disciplines and organizations. Experience supporting executive-level reporting and briefings. Expertise in oral and written English communications skills. Advanced skills in the Microsoft Office environment is essential (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, SharePoint). Desired Qualifications Experience supporting Intelligence Community facilities. Experience supporting SCIF construction projects. Experience supporting ICD 705-compliant facilities. Experience supporting Air Force, Space Force, NASIC, or NSIC organizations. Experience supporting federal facility construction programs. Experience supporting DIA-accredited facilities. Experience supporting large-scale secure facility projects. Experience supporting facility activation and operational transition activities. Project Delivery Team. Monitor project cost, schedule, and performance metrics. Develop and maintain integrated master schedules and project reporting tools. Support risk management, issue tracking, and mitigation planning. Coordinate activities among Government stakeholders, engineers, security personnel, and construction contractors. Support executive-level briefings, status reports, and project reviews. Analyze project progress and identify schedule or performance concerns. Support planning and execution of major project milestones. Facilitate communication among project participants and stakeholders. Assist Government leadership in evaluating project alternatives and recommendations. Support facility readiness, activation, and occupancy planning. Immediately report project risks, schedule impacts, and performance concerns affecting project delivery. Compensation & Benefits The Salary for this contingent hire position is $135,000 to $155,000 based on experience and includes medical/dental/vision benefits, 10 days PTO and 7 days sick time; other benefits available.
