Manufacturing Facilities Manager Claremore, OK Full-Time | Monday-Friday $100,000-$120,000+ DOE Overview A growing manufacturing organization is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Facilities Manager to oversee facility operations, equipment reliability, and maintenance activities at its Claremore facility. This is a leadership role requiring a strong background in industrial maintenance within a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting production equipment, leading maintenance teams, and driving continuous improvement initiatives that keep operations running efficiently.

$100,000-$120,000+ DOE Comprehensive Benefits Package Opportunity to Lead Facility & Maintenance Operations High-Impact Role Supporting Manufacturing Performance Stable Organization with Long-Term Growth Opportunities Maintenance & Equipment Reliability Lead maintenance activities and troubleshooting efforts for critical manufacturing equipment and production support systems. Drive preventative maintenance initiatives to improve equipment uptime, reliability, and overall operational performance. Facility Operations Oversee facility infrastructure including utilities, building systems, and contractor-supported services. Coordinate facility improvements, repairs, and capital projects to support operational needs. Leadership & Team Management Lead, mentor, and support maintenance personnel while prioritizing work to meet production demands. Partner with operations, engineering, and leadership teams to improve efficiency and equipment performance. Safety & Compliance Ensure maintenance and facility operations comply with safety regulations and company standards. Support audits, inspections, and continuous improvement efforts related to workplace safety. Budgeting & Continuous Improvement Manage maintenance-related spending, vendor services, and facility improvement initiatives. Identify opportunities to improve reliability, reduce costs, and support long-term operational goals. Qualifications Required 10+ years of industrial maintenance or facilities maintenance experience within a manufacturing environment Previous experience leading maintenance teams and supporting production operations Strong mechanical and/or electrical troubleshooting experience Experience supporting manufacturing equipment such as CNC machinery, welding equipment, cranes, hoists, compressors, or similar industrial assets Knowledge of preventative maintenance programs and CMMS software Working knowledge of facility systems including electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and utilities infrastructure Preferred Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, Facilities Management, or a related field Experience in fabrication, machining, metal manufacturing, or heavy industrial environments Professional certifications such as CFM, PMP, or equivalent Experience leading facility improvement or capital equipment projects Why Consider This Opportunity?
