We are currently looking for a Full-time Facility Supervisor to join our team in our Oklahoma City, OK facility. The Facilities Supervisor is a hands-on role that will be working alongside the Facilities Manager and facility team. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple site-specific projects at one time and feel comfortable taking the lead when necessary.
Primary Responsibilities:
The performance and completion of these duties will be performed in accordance within the guidelines of the company's SOP's. Must assist in the performance of planned preventive maintenance assigned by the OKC Facilities/Validation Manager. Must assist in the performance of repair work to the OKC facility and equipment, which will be assigned by the OKC Facilities/Validations Manager. Carry out the performance of maintenance request work orders assigned by the OKC Facilities/Validations Manager. Other general OKC facility and equipment maintenance duties may be assigned. Provide knowledge of facility systems and legacy equipment to the organization and other team members. Provide leadership and training t other members of the maintenance team.

Must be physically able to carry our all normal duties required of a maintenance department staff.
Work Environment :
All areas of the entire OKC Facility, indoor and outdoor as well as cleanroom environments. High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience:
Must have two (2) years' experience in maintenance Drivers' license required Must be able to read and write English Pharmaceutical facility experience helpful. Understanding electrical systems. Understanding mechanical systems. Ability to read and intrepret blueprints. Understanding of plumbing and piping systems. Background in SOP's and GMP. Why ALK?
