In this role, you will oversee leasing activities, manage maintenance and administrative tasks, and deliver exceptional customer service. Your proactive approach will help optimize facility efficiency, maintain tenant satisfaction, and uphold the highest standards of property management. Responsibilities Oversee all aspects of storage facility operations, including leasing, tenant relations, and maintenance coordination. Manage property leasing processes, including marketing available units, conducting tours, and negotiating lease agreements. Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations, landlord-tenant laws, Section 8 housing policies, and other relevant legal requirements. Utilize property management software such as Yardi and Storage Commander to maintain accurate data entry, tenant records, and financial transactions. Coordinate property maintenance and facilities management activities to ensure safety and operational efficiency. Handle legal administrative tasks related to contracts, lease agreements, and dispute resolution with conflict management skills. Provide excellent customer service through phone etiquette, resolving tenant inquiries promptly, upselling additional services when appropriate. Maintain organized filing systems for legal documents, tenant files, and maintenance records; utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) for work orders. Support administrative functions such as data entry, filing, and office management to streamline daily operations. Foster positive relationships with tenants by addressing concerns proactively and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Office cleaning, parking lot cleaning. Requirements Familiarity with property management software including Yardi, OneSite, or similar platforms. Strong background in legal administrative processes related to contracts and lease negotiations. Excellent organizational skills with experience in data entry, filing systems, and office administration. Demonstrated conflict management abilities coupled with effective negotiation skills. Customer service-oriented mindset with professional phone etiquette and relationship-building skills. Ability to coordinate property maintenance activities using CMMS or other facilities management tools. Office experience combined with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar productivity tools is preferred. Valid experience in sales or upselling services within a property or facilities management setting is a plus.
