Holiday Pay Maintenance Systems Coordinator Details:
Direct Hire position $25.00 to $38.00 /hour First Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 05:30pm) Administer and maintain the CMMS system, including asset management, preventive maintenance schedules, work orders, reporting, and user support. Monitor maintenance performance metrics, audit data accuracy, and ensure compliance with preventive maintenance programs across multiple facilities. Partner with maintenance, facilities, and engineering teams to support equipment reliability, asset onboarding, project implementation, and maintenance documentation. Manage spare parts inventory, vendor coordination, purchasing activities, and maintenance-related recordkeeping. Create reports, dashboards, and project trackers to monitor equipment performance, downtime, maintenance completion rates, and operational effectiveness. Support equipment commissioning, facility launches, and system integrations while maintaining accurate maintenance and regulatory records. Assist with troubleshooting efforts by monitoring equipment alarms, participating in root cause analysis activities, and implementing process improvements. Identify opportunities to improve maintenance workflows, automation, reporting capabilities, and overall operational efficiency. Train and support maintenance personnel on CMMS processes, best practices, and standardized procedures. Perform additional maintenance coordination, administrative, and engineering support duties as assigned. Maintenance Systems Coordinator Qualifications:
Associate degree in Engineering Technology, Industrial Maintenance, Manufacturing Technology, Business Administration, or a related field; equivalent experience considered. 2+ years of experience supporting maintenance operations, facilities management, CMMS administration, engineering support, or related functions. Experience using CMMS software such as MaintainX, UpKeep, Fiix, SAP PM, Maximo, or similar systems. Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and reporting tools. Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
