Facilities Coordinator Reports To:
Executive Director / Assistant DirectorSUMMARY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
Building Manage building and equipment maintenance schedules. Attend to classroom arrangements and setups. Respond to urgent maintenance calls. Supervise custodian and contracted maintenance workers. Monitor exterior conditions. (snow, lawn care, condition of parking lot) and arrange for corrective action. Document processes and keep maintenance records. Manage equipment and supply needs, including furniture, telecommunications, kitchen appliances, office equipment and supplies, and climate control. Manage access control, camera and fire alarm systems. Perform all duties in a timely manner with regular updates to administration. Ability to work independently to take care of preventative maintenance. Attention to detail on room setup schedules. Administrative Preparing for emergencies by working with the Executive Director to create building evacuation and other action plans. Evaluate and monitor all building functions (toilets, faucets, lighting, etc.) Monitor camera system to determine maintenance needs, (Plowing, shoveling, etc.) Other Duties as AssignedEDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE PREFERENCE

In-depth knowledge of building safety regulations and security protocols. Proficiency in office software, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Express.
