Job Description

National Fuel is currently seeking a Facilities Coordinator for an outstanding career opportunity in the Land department at our Erie, PA office. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Conduct facility inspections and building condition assessments and develop recommendations regarding maintenance, repairs, equipment replacement, and capital improvements. Monitor and coordinate construction, maintenance, and repair activities performed by contractors and service providers and assist with contractor oversight and project administration. Support the planning, tracking, and reporting of capital projects, including schedules, budgets, contractor information, project status updates, and project closeout documentation. Develop and maintain facility asset inventories, equipment records, building profiles, and facilities databases, as well as other critical facilities information. Solicit bids and proposals for contracted services and assist in evaluating vendor performance, pricing, and service quality. Support the development and administration of preventive maintenance programs and facilities standards. Develop and maintain facilities dashboards, project tracking tools, reports, performance metrics, and management reporting systems. Research and recommend facility improvements, equipment replacements, energy-saving initiatives, operational efficiencies, and process improvements. Coordinate office moves, furniture reconfigurations, and other workplace improvement projects as required. Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and local requirements, including building codes, ADA requirements, OSHA standards, NFPA standards, and related regulations. Respond to urgent facilities issues and support emergency response activities during and outside normal business hours as required. Travel periodically to company facilities throughout National Fuel's service territory to support assessments, projects, audits, and operational activities.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's Degree Three to five years of experience in facilities management, construction, maintenance, project coordination, or a related field. Working knowledge of commercial building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, building controls, and general facility infrastructure. Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to travel and perform facility inspections, including occasional work in outdoor environments and mechanical spaces.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience with facility asset management, condition assessments, project controls, capital planning, or facilities reporting. Experience developing dashboards, reports, databases, or process improvement initiatives. Utility, industrial, healthcare, higher education, manufacturing, or corporate facilities experience.

PA. COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
The base salary range for this position is $62,500 - $82,000. This job posting contains a pay range, which represents the range of pay that National Fuel believes, in good faith, at the time of this posting that it might be willing to pay for the posted job. The specific base pay offered to a successful applicant will be based primarily on relevant professional experience. Other components that may be considered include: individual qualifications, licensures, industry specific experience, education and market demands for specialized skills. The pay range is subject to change at any time based on various internal and external factors. Exempt positions will also be eligible for an Annual Cash Bonus Plan.
