Job Description
Role Overview Sodexo has an exciting opportunity for a Facilities Maintenance Engineering Manager 2 supporting our school's division at The Haverford School in Haverford, PA. Our successful candidate will manage
HVAC, BAS
Controls, delegation of work orders through the Keystone CMMS, be skilled at troubleshooting HVAC issues, have strong all-around experience in all skilled trades, and operate with leadership to invest in and develop our team. Our leader will assist the Director with day-to-day general maintenance work, manage the maintenance team, work with vendors, as well as provide both emergency and weather event support for our campus.- A valid Driver's License and clear background is required for this position
- What You'll Do Manage fleet truck maintenance Work oncall for emergency situations including weather events Have a minimum of 2 years managing and supervising Maintenance team, skilled construction trades, overall building repairs, 5 years of hands-on experience is preferred Have Strong working knowledge of HVAC (troubleshooting and diagnosing HVAC repairs), skilled construction trades, electrical and plumbing knowledge, and overall building repairs Be experienced using CMMS systems, completing work orders, conducting QA audits, assigning and following up on work orders, as well as implementing and managing a preventative maintenance program efficiently What We Offer Compensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience Minimum Management Experience
- 3 years Minimum Functional Experience
- 3 years work experience in facilities maintenance, plant operations or engineering services
