Job Description

Position Summary:
The Senior Manager of Facilities oversees all aspects of facility operations at Flamma USA, ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient performance of equipment, utilities, and infrastructure. This role manages maintenance, calibration, construction projects, GMP activities, and technical services to support a regulated chemical/pharmaceutical environment. The Senior Manger leads the Facilities team, supports regulatory inspections, and ensures the site meets operational, safety, and quality expectations.
Senior Manager, Facilities:
Lead the technical management of the site, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory requirements. Oversee the Maintenance Program, including directing staff, managing unscheduled requests, delegating work, and maintaining the maintenance documentation system. Oversee the Calibration Program, including assigning calibration activities, directing staff, managing unscheduled requests, and maintaining the calibration documentation system. Manage construction projects from design through execution, turnover, and qualification of new space. Write, review, and approve all Facilities SOPs for the site. Partner with QA to ensure a robust commissioning and qualification program that meets FDA requirements. Support onsite customer and regulatory agency audits as the Facilities subject matter expert.‑matter expert. Provide oversight of Chemical Process Safety activities and participate in Process Hazard Assessments for all processes. Manage and develop Facilities staff. Propose and implement solutions to improve equipment, processes, and facility performance. Manage technical materials and oversee scheduling for calibration, verification, and maintenance activities. Train personnel on operational procedures and safety practices. Manage CapEx and OpEx budgets, including planning, forecasting, and tracking expenditures in alignment with site and corporate goals.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering with 8-10 years of experience in API manufacturing, facilities management, technical services, or related regulated operations. Strong understanding of GMP requirements and FDA expectations. Demonstrated problem solving capabilities with a strong safety focused mindset.‑solving capabilities with a strong safety‑focused mindset.
