Job Description

FACILITIES ASSISTANT
Our Lady of Mount Carmel, located in Doylestown, Pa (Central Bucks County), is recruiting for a Parish Facilities Assistant. Responsibilities include assisting with the maintenance, repair and general upkeep for all buildings on the Parish Campus. This position ensures that all parish buildings and grounds are safe, well-maintained and welcoming to parishioners, visitors and staff. This is a full-time position, which includes a generous medical benefit, a 403(b) Retirement plan as well as paid vacation. Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, strong organization skills and attention to detail, ability to work independently and as part of a team, good communication skills and basic knowledge of facilities maintenance practices. Additional requirements include physical stamina and the ability to lift and move heavy objects. The Facilities Assistant reports directly to the Facilities Manager.
