Job Description

Job Summary:
The RRT Investigator / Facilities & Office Manager is responsible for conducting comprehensive investigations to determine liability in personal injury cases while also overseeing the safe and efficient management of the Philadelphia office and facility operations. This position serves a dual role, supporting attorneys through detailed investigations and evidence collection while ensuring office operations, vendor relationships, facility maintenance, security, fleet coordination, and workplace resources are effectively managed. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical, organizational, leadership, and communication skills and be capable of balancing field investigations with day-to-day operational responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
RRT Investigation Duties Coordinate investigations, including gathering and preserving evidence and reviewing documentation Analyze data and build compelling case files to support legal proceedings and insurance claims Provide recommendations to attorney's and senior management on the investigation findings and potential outcomes Collaborate closely with internal teams, including members from Pre-Litigation and Litigation to ensure that investigations are thorough and conclusive Work with external partners, including law enforcement agencies and other experts, to gather information and evidence Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and best practices in investigation. Facilities & Office Management Duties Maintains the operations of the facilities and offices in multiple cities, including: Security maintenance
  • badging and office key management Supply ordering and restocking All Mail services
  • external, intraoffice and interoffice mail processing Ring Central/Max Agent/Nice InContact Analyzation and Reporting Building and facilities requests Office and furniture moves Office furniture purchases Building and tenant relationships, including parking, gym, and building access Security ingress/egress and security cameras Archiving and Shredding Services Copier and printer contract management Vehicle Fleet Maintenance (1 Vehicle) Emergency preparedness Maintenance of First Aid Cabinets and AED machines Janitorial quality assurance Vendor management Asset management with WASP Ensures all policies and procedures are enforced by Office Services staff Posts all EEOC, Federal Labor Laws, Firearm codes Conducts Performance Evaluations for Office Services Staff • Manages the firm's Emergency Preparedness Program and responds to all firm emergencies to ensure employees and visitors are safe and prepared for emergency situations Manages vendor relationships and collaborates with firm leadership on requests for proposals, contract negotiations and fulfillment of existing relationships Actively seeks cost-saving opportunities for the firm Performs other duties as required
Education Requirements:
Bachelor's degree preferred. Relevant investigative, project management, facilities management, or operational experience may be considered in lieu of education.
Physical Requirements :
Office environment with normal business hours necessary to satisfactorily perform job functions. Stationary Position
