Position Overview We are seeking a Physician (MD) to serve in a combined role providing on-site skilled nursing facility primary care while functioning as Medical Director , supported through participation in Telos' Certified Medical Director (CMD) training . Clinical volume is well-supported and manageable, with strong NP/PA coverage and structured after-hours telehealth coverage delivered directly by the provider.
