What You Will Be Doing The Regional Manager will be responsible for overseeing multiple janitorial and facility service accounts within an assigned geographic area. This role ensures high-quality service delivery, manages staff performance, maintains client relationships, and ensures compliance with company standards and safety regulations. The Regional Manager works closely with supervisors, cleaning staff, and clients to ensure facilities are maintained to the highest standards. Regional Facilities Manager Key Duties & Responsibilities Operations Management Oversee daily operations for multiple janitorial service locations within the assigned area. Ensure all cleaning services meet company quality standards and client expectations. Conduct routine site inspections and quality assurance audits. Coordinate schedules, staffing levels, and coverage for all assigned accounts. Staff Management Hire, train, and supervise janitorial supervisors and cleaning staff. Monitor employee performance and provide coaching or corrective action when needed. Ensure staff follow safety procedures and company policies. Manage employee scheduling, attendance, and timekeeping. Client Relations Maintain strong relationships with facility managers and client representatives. Address client concerns, complaints, and service requests promptly. Conduct regular client meetings and service reviews to ensure satisfaction. Budget & Cost Control Manage labor hours, supply costs, and operational budgets. Monitor expenses and ensure accounts remain profitable. Approve supply orders and manage inventory for cleaning equipment and materials. Compliance & Safety Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety policies. Conduct safety training and enforce proper use of equipment and chemicals. Maintain documentation and service reports for each facility. Regional Facilities Manager Qualifications & Requirements 3-5+ years managing multi-site janitorial, facilities, or building services operations. Valid driver s license and reliable transportation to travel across assigned sites. Proven track record overseeing scheduling, staffing, and quality control across multiple client locations. Experience hiring, training, and supervising supervisors and frontline cleaning teams. Experience maintaining facility manager relationships, leading service reviews, and resolving issues promptly. Ability to translate client scopes of work (SOWs) into actionable plans and hold teams accountable. Skilled in coaching, performance management, and corrective actions while maintaining morale.
