Position Overview:

Emerge, a leading therapy practice with locations in North Loop and St. Louis Park, is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Facilities Assistant to join our team. This part-time role supports the smooth operation of our offices and ensures a welcoming environment for staff and clients. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with excellent communication skills and flexible scheduling.

Key Responsibilities:

Track inventory and restock supplies for office and breakroom Receive orders and maintain organized office/breakroom spaces Sort mail Water plants weekly at both office locations Clean kitchens as needed during weekly visits Receive deliveries and run errands as assigned Provide timely feedback on any facility-related disruptions Perform other duties as assigned by the

Director of Facilities and Marketing Requirements:

Must have access to a car and hold valid auto insurance Daytime availability for occasional deliveries; otherwise, flexible scheduling Ability to work at least one day per week outside office hours at both locations to water plants Strong communication skills and attention to detail Efficient, responsive, and reliable Employment is contingent upon passing a background check
