Summary:
Looking for an experienced resource to oversee space data governance, analytics, reporting, and system accuracy across the School of Medicine. This role will serve as the subject matter expert for space classification, occupancy data, reporting, and space management systems while partnering with facilities, planning, and technical teams to ensure data integrity and operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in space management, facilities analytics, or space planning . Experience with space management/database systems such as Archibus or similar platforms. Strong analytical and reporting skills. Advanced MS Excel skills . Experience with S QL/PLSQL, Oracle Database, Tableau, OBIEE, or related reporting tools . Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Manage and validate space and occupancy data across institutional systems. Audit, analyze, and resolve space data discrepancies and coding issues. Develop dashboards, KPI reports, and ad hoc analytics. Support space planning, utilization analysis, and reporting initiatives. Collaborate with facilities, planning, and technical teams to improve data quality and reporting processes. Lead annual space data certification activities and stakeholder coordination . Maintain data governance standards and ensure accurate space classifications.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in healthcare, higher education, or institutional facilities environments. Knowledge of AutoCAD and system integrations. Experience in improving data governance and reporting processes.
