Job Description
Cedartown Foods is seeking an experienced Facilities Director to lead repair & maintenance operations across all restaurant locations. This role oversees the Facilities team, manages vendors and contractors, drives preventative maintenance programs, and ensures safe, compliant, and well‑maintained restaurants. The Facilities Director partners closely with Operations, Finance, IT, and Executive Leadership to improve processes, manage budgets, and support company growth. Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and develop the Facilities team across multiple markets. Oversee repair & maintenance, preventative maintenance, emergency response, and service levels. Manage vendor relationships, negotiate pricing, and ensure quality, on‑time work. Develop and maintain facilities standards, processes, SOPs, and playbooks. Review bids, scopes, estimates, and equipment details; guide repair vs. replace decisions. Manage budgets, R&M spending, warranties, invoices, and asset tracking. Ensure compliance with brand standards, safety codes, and regulatory requirements. Support acquisitions, due diligence, and facilities‑related transition needs. Use facilities systems to track work orders, KPIs, spending, and vendor performance. Qualifications 8+ years of facilities, repair & maintenance, or related experience. 3+ years of leadership experience managing facilities teams or contractors. Restaurant industry experience required; QSR multi‑unit strongly preferred. Expert knowledge of QSR equipment, building systems, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, refrigeration, and life safety. Experience with budgeting, vendor contracts, asset management, and preventative maintenance. Proficient with MS Office; experience with ServiceChannel, Monday.com, or Restaurant365 preferred.
