Required:
Must be 19 years of age or older High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience Minimum three (3) years of facilities experience in a high-volume, complex resort or casino environment Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software Working knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and general maintenance Working knowledge of electrical systems up to 480 voltsPreferred:
Journeyman certification in a related trade or equivalent experience Work Environment & Physical Requirements Work is performed in a resort and casino environment with exposure to operational and maintenance settings Requires mobility throughout the property, including mechanical rooms and guest areas May involve responding to emergencies and working in high-pressure situations Frequent standing, walking, and coordination of maintenance activities Use of tools, equipment, and standard office systems Schedule- Swing Shift (2nd Shift) Schedule varies based on business needs Must be available to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and varying shifts Why Join This Team?
