Tasks may require medium to heavy physical effort. Specific tasks involve raking, sweeping, shoveling and removing by hand debris, leaves, branches; removal of snow and ice, etc. You must be able to operate a Toro riding mower, snow blower, skid steer, snow plow equipped truck with a salter, push mowers, weed whackers, backpack blowers, front end loaders, chainsaws etc. Minimum QualificationsCandidate must be physically able to perform the duties of the position and must be able to communicate effectively to obtain and convey information. When required to operate a motor vehicle, applicants must possess a valid New York State driver's license appropriate for the type of vehicle to be operated.
