Job Description

NO SPONSORSHIP - NO OPT
Looking for a Office Facilities candidate for a 6 month contract to hire. You will need 1-2 years experience working in an office ordering supplies, using ServiceNow ticketing system, some front desk work as needed. This is with a financial firm with plenty of growth opportunity.
BILL RATE
$25 - $30/hour
END SALARY
$60K PLUS 10%
BONUS LOCATION
Coppell, TX
WHILE THEY ARE WORKING AS A CONTRACTOR IT IS 100
%
ONSITE, ONCE CONVERTED TO FULLTIME IT WILL BE 4 DAYS ONSITE AND 1 DAY REMOTE
All about soft skills and willing to learn. Looking for an "A" profile. Must have a degreed and know excel Microsoft technology. High energy. 5 days a week in office while contracting then 4 days onsite,1 day remote once hired. You will respond to servicenow tickets, fingerprinting processes, office facilities management
WORK TO BE PERFORMED
Proactively manage service now tickets and raise awareness via email communication to Facility Team Members of next steps needed to close out tickets Perform fingerprint services for employees and contractors. Support the caf experience operation - engagement and stocking Organize the facilities room supplies and general cleanup of facilities room. Terminated employees make sure workstations are properly cleaned up and they are ready to be used by a new associate. Room setup Ensure that the business requirements are handled on a timely basis. Perform proactive maintenance procedures cleaning etc.., (Copies, Coffee Machines, Water filters, Ice Machines) Maintain inventory of supplies for copier equipment and lunchroom supplies and place orders as needed. Provide front desk coverage as assigned
