Regional Facilities Manager Salon Lofts - 3.8 Dallas, TX Job Details Full-time From $76,000 a year 15 hours ago Benefits Health insurance 401(k) Paid time off Qualifications Operations management Maintenance Driver's License Supervising experience Project management Team management Driving Training & development Full Job Description Position Summary The Regional Facilities Manager (RFM) is responsible for driving operational excellence across multiple facilities within an assigned region. This role oversees service technicians, ensures preventive maintenance and service level agreements (SLAs) are met, manages capital projects, and supports field operations. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, maintains high standards of accountability, and is comfortable with frequent travel. Key Responsibilities Operational & Maintenance Oversight Support Service Technicians with equipment and supply ordering through Corrigo, ensuring accurate materials and quantities are procured. Monitor and enforce Service Level Agreements (SLAs), ensuring performance benchmarks are consistently achieved. Partner with technicians weekly by market to ensure 100% turn completion for move-ins. Conduct spot checks and validation of vendor preventive maintenance (PM) work while in market. Perform cleaning and maintenance inspections during site visits to ensure assets are in good repair and brand standards are upheld. Complete Janitorial Report Cards during market visits. Team Leadership & Performance Management Lead, supervise, and develop a team of Service Technicians. Conduct daily stand-up calls and weekly one-on-one meetings. Manage technician preventive maintenance schedules to ensure compliance and completion. Validate PMs and checklist completion during market visits. Oversee weekly scheduling and dispatch of technician work orders using the Corrigo dispatch board. Provide field support during high workload periods, technician PTO, or vacancies, including hands-on training and development. Escalations & Issue Resolution Serve as the second-level escalation point for Loft Owner complaints (Service Technician is first level; Regional Facilities Director is final level). Ensure the Regional Facilities Director is copied on escalated issues from the outset. Escalate Door Access Control System (DACS) issues to the Regional Facilities Director as necessary after technician and Regional Facilities Manager troubleshooting. Fleet, Inventory & Storage Management Oversee fleet inspections, maintenance, and compliance. Maintain accurate inventory levels for tools, parts, and materials. Manage organization, inventory, and upkeep of regional storage units. Project & Capital Expenditure Management Provide on-site and remote oversight of mechanical systems and large-scale capital expenditure (CapEx) projects from planning through completion. On-Call & Emergency Management Establish and communicate the technician on-call rotation schedule. Ensure emergency service requests are handled efficiently and effectively. Participate in holiday and weekend on-call manager rotations. Travel Travel up to 50% to oversee operations, conduct inspections, and support field teams across assigned markets. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in facilities management, operations, or a related field Proven leadership experience supervising maintenance or technical teams Strong organizational, project management, and prioritization skills Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently with a high level of accountability Valid driver's license and ability to travel frequently
