PM Transaction Coordinator Responsibilities:
Responsible for the leasing, coordination and operation of various system-wide real estate projects Coordinates the day-to-day needs of various real estate holdings. Helps coordinate BayCare-wide facility management services. Assists in the oversight of the property leasing department staff and departmental budget.
Minimum Qualifications:
