Perform routine facility maintenance (interior touch ups, painting, and completion of daily work orders as needed Minor electrical work (changing light bulbs/ballasts/running new outlets) Light carpentry Minor plumbing HVAC equipment maintenance (changing fan belts/motors/air filters) Seasonal grounds maintenance (shoveling/sanding) Qualifications for aBuilding Maintenance Specialist:
High School Diploma required Experience and knowledge of boiler and generator operation preferred Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems preferred Work in an environment where our co-workers and those in our care are treated just like family!
