Shift Schedule:

a Sunday - Thursday workweek with a usual 6am-2pm shift time, but this role is on call, either in person or virtually, for emergency support. The Facilities Manager is responsible for keeping our production facility running safely, efficiently, and without interruption. This role sits between supervisor and lead levels—owning day-to-day execution while building systems, managing vendors, and supporting a small team. Your work directly enables our culinary and fulfillment teams to deliver a consistent, high-quality experience to our Members. What You'll Do Own facility uptime by managing preventive and reactive maintenance across building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, refrigeration, general building maintenance and industrial processing equipment) Maintain a preventive maintenance program, including schedules, tracking tools, record keeping and clear service standards Lead and support Facilities team members, providing direction, prioritization, and hands-on support as needed Manage vendor/contractor relationships, including sourcing, scheduling, performance oversight, and cost control Troubleshoot equipment issues and determine whether to repair in-house or escalate to external partners Oversee small to mid-sized facility and infrastructure projects, including layout changes, equipment installs, and repairs Maintain a clean, organized, and safe facility environment across production, warehouse, and common areas Conduct regular facility walks to identify risks, inefficiencies, or maintenance needs before they impact operations Ensure compliance with food safety, safety, and company standards in partnership with FSQA and Operations Maintain inventory of tools, parts, and critical supplies to support quick issue resolution Respond to urgent maintenance needs and support on-call coverage for facility-related emergencies Step in to support production or fulfillment teams with solutions when needed to keep operations moving What is Feast & Fettle? What We're Looking For Must-Haves:

4-6 years of facilities, maintenance, or plant operations experience (food production, manufacturing, or cold storage environments preferred) Experience managing preventive maintenance programs and coordinating vendor-based repairs Hands-on ability to troubleshoot and perform basic repairs across facility and kitchen equipment Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment Experience leading or supporting team members in an operations environment Comfort working across multiple environments, including kitchen, warehouse, and cold storage areas

Nice-to-Haves:
