This is a hands-on role focused on creating clean, organized, welcoming spaces that are cared for with pride and attention to detail. The Housekeeper will help ensure each environment is consistently maintained to a high standard and always looks its best. Responsibilities are split between commercial and residential, with a strong focus on cleaning, laundry, organization, and overall upkeep. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, notices details others may overlook, and consistently maintains high standards without requiring close supervision. Responsibilities Residential Support Full home cleaning and maintenance Laundry, folding, steaming, and linen care Making beds and maintaining guest rooms Kitchen reset, dishes, and organization Tidying and organizing common areas Watering and caring for indoor plants Occasional errands Light meal prep or grocery support as needed Upholstery and detail cleaning Maintaining an overall clean, peaceful, and organized home environment Wellness Studio & Cafe Support Cleaning and maintaining studio spaces Laundry and towel systems Maintaining locker rooms, bathrooms, and common areas Upholstery and detail cleaning Watering and caring for plants Restocking supplies as needed Assisting with overall cleanliness and presentation of the business Maintaining an overall clean, peaceful, and organized environment Ideal Candidate Highly trustworthy and dependable Organized with exceptional attention to detail Self-motivated and proactive Able to work independently without constant supervision Comfortable working in both residential and commercial environments Positive attitude and strong work ethic Maintains confidentiality and professionalism at all times Requirements Reliable transportation Ability to lift, bend, carry laundry, and perform physical cleaning tasks Prior housekeeping, cleaning, hospitality, or related experience preferred Ability to consistently maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys creating order, maintaining beautiful spaces, and helping things run smoothly behind the scenes.
