Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Facilities Director to lead and oversee all aspects of facilities management within our organization. This pivotal role is responsible for overseeing the planning, maintenance and daily operations of the company's facilities and all building systems. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, extensive mechanical and electrical knowledge, and experience in industrial maintenance and manufacturing environments. Duties Lead the planning, implementation, and supervision of comprehensive facilities management programs to ensure operational efficiency and safety across all sites. Oversee maintenance activities including HVAC, electrical systems (high voltage and low voltage), mechanical equipment, and industrial machinery, ensuring optimal performance. Supervise teams of technicians and contractors, providing guidance on troubleshooting schematics and electrical systems. Develop and enforce safety protocols in compliance with industry standards; conduct regular inspections to identify potential hazards or system failures. Coordinate projects related to facility upgrades or renovations, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints while maintaining high standards of quality. Maintain detailed documentation including schematics, maintenance logs, incident reports, and asset records; utilize Ohmmeters and other diagnostic tools for troubleshooting electrical issues. Collaborate with leadership to support their needs and align facilities services with organizational goals Experience Proven management experience leading facilities or maintenance teams within manufacturing or industrial settings. Extensive mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in HVAC systems, industrial machinery, electrical systems (including high voltage and low voltage), and schematics interpretation. Strong supervisory skills with a track record of leading diverse technical teams; excellent leadership capabilities essential for motivating staff. Experience managing projects related to facility upgrades or infrastructure improvements in manufacturing environments. Excellent communication skills to effectively coordinate with internal teams and external contractors.
Pay:
$70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
