About the
Role:
CBRE is seeking a Facilities Manager to lead operations at a large-scale, industrial and manufacturing site spanning over 770,000 square feet in Clinton, TN. This fast-paced environment supports complex production processes and requires a strong leader who thrives on organization, execution, and driving strong client partnership. This role oversees building operations, maintenance programs, and a team of facilities professionals, ensuring reliability, safety, and continuous improvement across critical infrastructure such as mechanical systems, including boilers and chillers. Success in this position requires a proactive mindset and exceptional communication skills to partner closely with stakeholders and deliver best-in-class service.
What You'll Do:
Lead, develop, and supervise a facilities team, including coaching, performance management, and training initiatives. Plan, schedule, and oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient task execution and resource allocation. Manage building maintenance and repair programs by coordinating internal teams, vendors, and contractors. Build and maintain strong client relationships, leading meetings and resolving operational challenges collaboratively. Oversee budgets, capital projects, and financial reporting, including variance analysis and cost control. Conduct facility inspections and ensure compliance with all regulatory, environmental, and safety standards. Drive operational efficiencies and continuous improvement initiatives across maintenance and site processes. Manage vendor performance, procurement processes, and service delivery outcomes.
