About Our Client:
Addison Group is partnering with our client to identify a Facilities Coordinator who will support daily facility operations across multiple office and clinic environments. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing projects, coordinating vendors, troubleshooting facility issues, and ensuring workspaces remain safe, functional, and efficient.
Job Description:
The Facilities Coordinator will oversee a wide range of building and office support activities, helping maintain smooth day-to-day operations for company locations.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate facility-related services including maintenance requests, office repairs, space reconfigurations, equipment installations, and workplace improvements Manage vendor relationships for services such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, janitorial, pest control, security systems, painting, and office equipment support Track and respond to facilities service requests, ensuring issues are resolved quickly and efficiently Assist with office expansions, relocations, remodels, and workspace setup projects Obtain vendor bids and pricing proposals while helping identify cost-conscious solutions Partner with internal departments to assess facility needs and support operational goals Schedule and oversee vendor work, ensuring projects are completed accurately and on time Support access badge administration, parking coordination, and office safety initiatives Perform occasional hands-on tasks including furniture moves, light repairs, equipment setup, and office organization Maintain strong working relationships with landlords, property managers, and building engineers
Qualifications:
1-2+ years of professional experience in facilities coordination, office operations, property management, or related support functions Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work across all levels of an organization Ability to work independently and proactively solve problems Comfortable coordinating vendors, reviewing quotes, and supporting project timelines Basic knowledge of building systems, maintenance coordination, or office operations preferred Positive attitude with a strong customer-service mindset and sense of urgency
