Registered Nurse Supervisor (RN) - Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)

Obion County Nursing & Rehab is seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our leadership team. This is a Monday-Friday position with daytime hours, designed to provide strong clinical oversight and support for our nursing staff. Schedule

• Monday-Friday
• 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• Rotating weekends on call required
• Holiday coverage rotation as needed Responsibilities of the Registered Nurse Supervisor (RN Supervisor)
• Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs to ensure quality resident care
• Oversee daily clinical operations, including wound care, labs, and treatments
• Monitor and audit documentation for accuracy and compliance
• Review physician orders and ensure timely follow-through
• Coordinate admissions and discharges
• Conduct audits and participate in quality improvement initiatives
• Provide leadership, guidance, and accountability to nursing staff
• Oversee and maintain vaccination records for residents and employees
• Serve as a clinical resource and mentor to the team Requirements of the Registered Nurse Supervisor (RN Supervisor)
• Current RN license in Tennessee
• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of CMS regulations and documentation
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
