Under the direction of the Branch Executive Director, the Property and Facility Director will oversee the general maintenance of the Twin Lakes Family YMCA, including management of maintenance and custodial staff, to ensure good member experience and a pristine facility. Duties include, but are not limited to: Develops and manages a preventative maintenance program for the purpose of ensuring the Branch is well maintained and is in a safe and orderly condition Submit related invoices to AP and assure that they are processed in a timely manner Repair and maintain Branch interior, exterior, and equipment; supervise maintenance tasks for prompt and accurate completion; coordinate work by 3rd party maintenance services personnel, as directed by Executive Director Perform limited plumbing, electrical, equipment and structural repairs on Community buildings, or special projects, as needed Conduct daily inspections to develop and prioritize a list of required repairs and maintenance tasks; communicate with the Branch Executive Director daily Identify needed repairs/prioritize and include on daily list Ensure work order repair process completed timely to ensure efficient Branch Operations Generate list of items for short- and long-term maintenance reserve lists to include multiple contractor bids for each item Develop and maintain filing system documenting all repairs, receipts and related notes for all projects Manage scheduling and completion of PM activities within Tracker system Oversee the Aquatic Center and ensure it is in working order i.e. plumbing, HVAC, lighting, cleaning, identify and make/schedule all necessary repairs Maintain a system of supplies and inventory that provides adequate supplies necessary for day-to-day operations Supervise Contract Cleaning Services for
Twin Lakes Family Y Skills/ Requirements:
Must have a high school diploma or equivalent 2-3 years' experience in maintenance, construction, emergency repairs and/or roofing, or equivalent combination of work experience and education preferred Working knowledge of new construction, remodel projects, roofing systems/repairs, and other related upkeep Experience working on electrical, plumbing, and carpentry projects CPO Certification preferred Must pass reference checks, pre-employment drug screen, background check and sex offender registry check
Pay Rate:
$45,000 to $53,790/year
