Summary:
This position is responsible for managing, controlling, and tracking facility assets throughout their life cycle, from acquisition through final disposition. The position will serve as the asset management program expert, prepare reports, perform analysis to identify potential asset deficiencies and design, and develop and implement the asset management strategy.
Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and maintain inventory in capital asset management program and computerized maintenance management system.
  • Plan and implement asset life cycle, specifications and preventive maintenance strategy.
  • Manage database synchronization between database environments.
  • Manage assets after acquisition, assign specifications, track warranties, life cycle and final disposition of assets.
  • Lead construction project close-out processes and handoff of new assets to Facilities Engineering teams.
How You'll Be Successful:
WORK EXPERIENCE
  • At least 3 years experience with asset management, facilities engineering, or equivalent Required
  • At least 2 years experience in software implementation, training, or support Preferred
EDUCATION
  • Technical/ Trade level degree OR Required
  • Two-year Associate's degree or equivalent experience Required
  • Four-year Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Emphasis on engineering, facility management, or construction related degrees Preferred A Place Where You Belong We put our people first.
