We've partnered with Staccato in Florence, TX to bring a professional training environment to the Williamson County community — and we're looking for the right person to help run it. This is a part-time, on-the-ground role. You'll be the face of the facility on the days you're there — keeping things clean, organized, and running smoothly so members have a great experience every time they walk in. It's a ground-floor opportunity. If you're serious about fitness and want a path into coaching, we'll help you get there. What You'll Do Open and close the facility on assigned days Greet members and maintain a professional, welcoming environment Keep equipment clean, organized, and properly set up Monitor the space and ensure safety standards are met Communicate any facility issues or member concerns to the head coach Assist with basic administrative tasks as needed Schedule 2 days per week to start, with potential to grow to 3 Shifts approximately 6-8 hours What We're Looking For Local to the Florence / Williamson County area Reliable, punctual, and professional Personal Training certification required (NASM, ACE, ACSM, NSCA, or equivalent) CPR/AED certified (or willing to obtain before starting) Strong people skills — you represent the facility Genuine interest in fitness and health Prior gym or coaching experience preferred Compensation $15/hour to start Clear growth path — perform well, get certified, and you'll have the opportunity to run paid training sessions How to Apply Send a brief introduction about yourself and why you're interested to [ ] .
