Location US-TX-Fort Hood Security Clearance Secret Overview/ Job Responsibilities Facilities Specialist responsible for the physical maintanence of Field Office Fort Hood. Duties include, but are not limited to: Maintains buildings and related structures including construction work. Maintains and repairs HVAC systems. Maintains grounds. Supports Environmental Compliance Program. Cleans and maintains working areas in an orderly condition. Sweeps, mops, scrubs and polishes floors. Removes trash or other refuse. Dusts equipment, furniture or fixtures. Polishes metal fixtures or trimmings. Provides supplies for rest rooms and other facilities and performs simple tasks such as moving and storing furniture and equipment. Supports maintanance of vehicle fleet. Minimum Qualifications Must be able to obtain a Secret level clearance, TS/SCI Eligible Experience with repairing and maintaining HVAC systems. Associate's Degree or 2 year technical school (4 years of additional direct relevant technical experience may be substituted for education).

Desired Qualifications Knowledge of basic construction work is a plus. Military background a plus.
