Facilities Engineer/Manager

Mosites Rubber Company is seeking a Facilities Engineer/Manager to manage our maintenance department, design production tooling, interpret customer supplied drawings, and be a technical resource internally and externally.

Functions:

• Manage a group of 4 maintenance employees. o Routine maintenance and repairs of the facility, boilers, heavy equipment, chillers, and other. o Design and implement facility upgrades. o Manage spare parts inventories. o Issue work orders to track equipment, cost, etc.
• Contractor Management. o Approve contractors and the work they provide for work outside of our scope.
• Design tooling. o Create 3D files for tools used to mold or layup rubber parts. o Design tools for production and fabricate them in-house.
• Work with production and quality to ensure that parts made meet requirements on blueprints or drawings. Generally, interaction is only necessary for new parts and products.
• Adheres to health, safety, and building codes. Responsible for state and local codes and regulations as it pertains to equipment and facilities.
• Support our customers with technical aspects of our products.

Skills:

• Ability to lead and supervise others while assisting them with troubleshooting and repairs.
• Capable of running a preventative maintenance program.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Proficient in CAD modeling, such as Solidworks.
• Program and operate PLCs.
• Understand water distribution systems, pumps, and piping.
• Competence in hydraulic systems.
• Communicate in a professional and positive manner.

Qualifications:

• Mechanical or Electrical Engineering degree.
• Experience in equipment and facilities repair.

Full Time Salary:

$65-70k The Bonus and Profit Sharing at Mosites becomes a notable addition to your salary. Bonus eligibility begins immediately.

Schedule:

Monday through Thursday 7:30 a.m to 5:00 p.m. Off every other Friday; 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. on Fridays worked. 1 hour lunch On call for after-hours emergencies.

Pay:

$65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
