Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic team as a Kid's Gym Facility Manager, where you will lead the operation of a vibrant and engaging children's activity center within a lively resort environment. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee day-to-day activities, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and manage a dedicated team committed to creating safe, fun, and memorable experiences for children and families. Your leadership will be vital in maintaining high standards of service, safety, and operational excellence in a fast-paced, energetic setting. Are you interested in growing in your career to Asst Director and Director role? If so, this job is for you! Duties Conduct Gymnastics classes & toddler (parent-child participating) classes. Oversee the daily operations of the Kid's Gym facility, ensuring smooth and efficient management of all activities and services. Lead and supervise staff members, including scheduling shifts, providing training, and fostering a positive team environment focused on excellent guest service. Manage guest interactions by providing outstanding customer service, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues promptly to ensure satisfaction. Implement safety protocols and monitor compliance with health and safety regulations to guarantee a secure environment for children and staff. Coordinate & execute other special events, birthday parties, or themed activities that enhance guest engagement. Maintain accurate records through report writing on daily operations, incident logs, staff performance, and guest feedback.
Qualifications & Skills Experience:
2 to 5 years of Previous experience in gymnastics, cheerleading, or working with children (especially ages 1-6 for "Tumble Tots" programs) is highly preferred.
Leadership:
Strong team leadership and staff management abilities.
Communication:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with children, staff, and parents.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency with computer software (Word, Excel, scheduling/registration systems).
Certifications:
Often require or prefer safety certification (e.g., CPR/First Aid).
Attributes:
Energetic, self-motivated, organized, and passionate about children's health and fitness.
Typical Working Conditions Hours:
Weekday afternoons/evenings and weekends are common, as these are high-traffic times for children's activities.
Environment:
Active, high-energy, and interactive, requiring constant movement and interaction with children.
