Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
Coordinates and assists in managing the maintenance and repairs of County Clerk facilities. Conducts regular inspections of County Clerk facilities and grounds to assess and address repair concerns. Assists in the development and implementation of protocols and policies related to building operations, safety and security. Track and address inspection deficiencies, safety and security violations, and corrective actions to resolution. Assists in troubleshooting and coordinating repairs of building systems. Manages vendor contracts and service agreements related to facility maintenance and repair. Coordinates scheduling, access and oversight of vendors performing on-site work. Provides support and guidance to facility staff and contractors to ensure successful completion of projects. Valid Driver's License Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Familiar with codes and regulations, maintenance procedures, safety protocols. Strategic thinking. Problem solving skills. Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff. Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects and activities. Good oral and written communication.NOTE :

Regular Full-time Monday•Friday | 8:00 a.m.•4:30 p.m. Occasional nights and weekends. Overtime required during election cycles.Salary:
$31.11 Hourly Based on 26 Pay Periods Plus, benefitsWork Environment and Physical Demands:
May require some travel to other County Clerk's Office facilities. Medium work•Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.Location:
