As a Facilities Project Coordinator , you will responsible for assisting in the coordination of facility-related projects including office renovations, maintenance upgrades, space planning, equipment installations, and workplace improvements. This role helps manage schedules, budgets, vendor communication, documentation, and compliance with safety and company standards.
What You'll Do:
Coordinate day-to-day activities for facilities and construction-related projects, including scheduling, maintenance, repairs, inspections, and project work Assist with project planning, timelines, budgeting, tracking deliverables, and monitoring overall project progress Communicate and coordinate with contractors, vendors, suppliers, and internal departments Maintain project documentation, work orders, permits, reports, and ensure accurate recordkeeping Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company policies Support office moves, space planning, furniture/equipment installations, and related facility changes Track inventory, materials, and facility-related expenses Conduct site walkthroughs, quality inspections, and help resolve or escalate project issues as needed Support preventative maintenance programs and overall facility operations Assist in establishing and overseeing various trades and contractors performing facilities and maintenance work Basic Qualifications 2+ years of experience in facilities coordination, project coordination, maintenance coordination, or construction support Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and project tracking or scheduling tools Knowledge of building systems, maintenance procedures, and workplace safety practices Experience coordinating multiple projects, work orders, or facility-related activities simultaneously while meeting established deadlines Experience supporting facility, maintenance, construction, manufacturing, or operational environments with changing priorities and schedules Ability to perform duties in a hybrid environment (office and on-site facility work), including walking job sites, lifting up to 25 lbs., and supporting after-hours facility needs as required, with or without reasonable accommodation Desired Skills Associate or bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred Experience with CMMS or work order systems Understanding of OSHA and facility compliance standards Vendor management and budgeting experience Ability to read floor plans or basic construction documents Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Benefits That Make Life Better Comprehensive Healthcare 401(k) with 100% company match; up to 5% vested Paid Time Off starting on day one Bonus opportunities Health- & Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts Short- & Long-Term Disability Life & AD&D Insurance Learning & Training opportunities
