Job Description

A Day in the Life A typical day as the Facilities Analyst for Mo' Bettahs will be focused on supporting our restaurants and ensuring they have what they need to operate and serve our customers with Aloha. A majority of the day will be spent reviewing work orders that have been submitted and ensuring we have the right trades and vendors being dispatched to service the restaurants. Time will also be spent supporting the restaurants via phone, email, and onsite to resolve both simple and complex issues. This is the perfect role for someone who enjoys collaborating at varying leadership levels, being creative and making things happen! What You'll Do Facilities & Work Order Management Manage and prioritize maintenance requests across multiple restaurant locations Troubleshoot facility issues and coordinate the appropriate vendor response Dispatch and monitor preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance work Ensure work orders are completed accurately and in a timely manner Maintain records, contracts, asset inventories, and maintenance documentation within the CMMS platform Support restaurant teams through phone, email, and occasional onsite visits Coordinate vendor onboarding and maintain strong vendor relationships Track and manage operational spare equipment and replacement assets Collaborate closely with Operations leadership to prioritize facility needs Financial & Vendor Management Monitor planned, unplanned, and capital maintenance expenses Make independent spending decisions up to $2,500 Identify opportunities to reduce costs while improving service quality Track key maintenance and vendor performance metrics Provide reporting and operational insights to leadership Ensure spending aligns with budgets and operational priorities Process Improvement Help improve maintenance programs, systems, and workflows Develop long-term solutions that improve restaurant operations Support preventive maintenance initiatives that reduce downtime and repair costs Bring creative problem-solving and operational thinking to everyday challenges What You'll Need 2+ years of experience in restaurant, retail, facilities, or multi-unit operations Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and relationship-building skills Comfortable making decisions independently and taking initiative Basic understanding of maintenance disciplines including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, or mechanical systems Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Experience with CMMS or Service Channel platforms is a plus Ability to remain calm and solution-oriented during urgent situations Willingness to be available after hours or weekends for urgent facility needs Physical Requirements Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds Ability to travel to restaurant locations as needed Ability to contribute to a positive and professional work environment Commitment to following all safety procedures and policies
WORKING CONDITIONS
The position requires qualified individuals to see, hear and speak (verbally and audibly). Required to ascend and descend stairs; sit and stand for extended periods; lift 50 pounds; bend, stoop, and kneel. You may be required to work outside in various weather conditions. You may be required to work on a computer for extended periods, including viewing the screen, using a mouse, manipulating a keyboard with hands, and reaching with arms. You may be asked to drive or travel by car, air, or other transportation for business purposes. Must be able to function effectively in a fast-paced working environment.
