This position will be located in Roy, UT and will support the SDS Division. This role may offer a competitive relocation package. What You'll Get toDo:
Will lead a diverse team of Facility Planners within the SDS Facility Operations and Planning Function. Leads the overall planning, integration, monitoring, reporting, execution, and closure of Site Operations Facilities Overhead and Capital-funded projects. Develops, monitors, and status' the preparation of business plans, statements of work (SOWs), purchase orders (POs), memorandum of agreements (MOAs), interdivisional work orders (IWOs), operating budgets, capital projects, and Facilities overhead budgets. Supports Business Site Review, AS9100D, DCMA/DCAA, and other internal audits as needed. Proposes and implements corporate sustainability objectives. Maintains the operational readiness level across the SDS portfolio of properties while driving affordability initiatives to operating costs. Manage the Division Facility Overhead (FacOH) budget. Manage CapEx forecasting and execution of facility-supported projects. Manage the SDS Division Site Operations Principles and Operating Practices (PrOP) and maintain alignment with the Defense Systems (DS) Sector PrOP. Adhere to the Emergency Action Plan, Crisis Management Plan, Business Resumption/Resiliency Plan and make updates, as required. Drive new capabilities and optimization efforts for the site to include Manufacturing, Test, Labs, SCIFs, etc. and coordinate site changes with leadership and landlords (as applicable). Maintain strong coordination with all Division Ops functions such as Site Operations, EH&S, Security, Logistics, Employee Engagement and Mission Assurance. Develop and present briefings, presentations, and analysis for Division and Senior SDS Leadership. Other duties as assignedPosition Benefits:

Bachelor's degree and 8 years of related experience; Master's degree and 6 years of related experience or an additional 4 years of related experience in lieu of a degree. Must be able to obtain and maintain an active DoD Secret Security Clearance with the ability to attain Special Program Access. Experience managing large-scale and diverse portfolio of investments. Experience managing project budgets and preparing requests, making recommendations, and tracking expenditures and performance against plan. Ability to travel up to 25% of the time. These Qualifications Would be Nice toHave:
Experience managing people is preferred. Active DoD Top Secret Clearance. Prior site lead experience on an ICBM program. Experience standing up facilities and new organizations. Experience managing and forecasting capital needs and provides input to the LRSP and AOP. Excellent communications skills and ability to interact with all Northrop Grumman leadership and Government stakeholders.Primary Level Salary Range:
$115,000.00 - $172,400.00 The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
