MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Basic Function:
Oversee and participate in management of all parking-related locations, ensuring that operations are handled within contractual guidelines of specified areas. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Participates in and implements programs to improve client and customer satisfaction, fostering good client relations. Manages day-to-day activities and operations across all SLCIA parking areas. Schedule and deploy staff based on demand, volume, and location needs. Collaborate with other management regarding all aspects of parking team including staffing, hiring, onboarding, personnel performance issues, and compliance with company policies and procedures. Oversee customer relations to ensure that complaints, disagreements or misunderstandings about the parking lot services are resolved diplomatically. Resolves any known accidents, observed or suspected violations of Company policy, safety hazards or any unusual occurrences. Provide accurate information to the public concerning all areas of airport parking operations and general airport information. Monitor maintenance of the parking operations to ensure that all areas are clean and maintained according to company policies and procedures. Assists the valet team in all areas where needed, including any additional duties as assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
3+ years of leadership experience across field operations, transportation, and customer service sectors is required. Comfortable managing multiple locations and mobile teams. Previous customer service experience in the public sector is required. Promote a professional image and approach to the business. Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain a reasonably clean driving record. Airport and/or parking operations experience is preferred. Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing required. Strong computer literacy (Excel, mobile dispatch tools, reporting systems) is a must. Must have excellent attendance and arrive at work on time when scheduled. Successful completion of required pre-employment screenings, including criminal background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle record (MVR) review, as applicable to the position.

INDCMP Pay:
$75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
