Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Property Maintenance Coordinator to oversee the day-to-day maintenance operations of our rental portfolio. In this role, you will act as the vital bridge connecting residents, onsite maintenance technicians, and external vendors. Your primary mission is to ensure that work orders are processed efficiently, , and properties stay in peak condition. This is a part time position that requires top-tier communication skills, strong problem-solving capabilities, and the ability to multitask in a fast-pace.
Key Responsibilities :
Manage Work Orders :
Receive, evaluate, and prioritize incoming maintenance requests from tenants via phone, email, and portal software.
Dispatch & Schedule :
Assign daily tasks to maintenance technicians and coordinate schedules to maximize efficiency.
Tenant & Client Relations :
Provide clear updates to residents regarding their repair status and follow up to verify total satisfaction.
Pay:
$18.00 - $20.00 per hour
