Responsible for leading the Mission Laser location in providing a world class customer experience, developing/maintaining a well-trained highly motivated team, and delivering profitable financial results.
Specific Responsibilities:
Recruit, interview, select, hire, and maintain a trained staff that can provide an amazing customer experience. Create a workplace culture that is consistent with the overall organization's and that emphasizes the identified mission, vision, and values of the organization. Lead the team during operational shifts ensuring customers are greeted as they arrive, games and events are kept on time, and that center revenue is maximized. Qualify customers into the correct package while being able to secure their deposits for events and future reservations. Maintain center correspondence to ensure all emails, phone calls and other means of messages are returned within a 24-hour period. Maintain and troubleshoot all technical equipment and help with maintenance within the venue. Track inventory for all supplies and complete orders as needed. Available to work a varied schedule to include afternoon, evening, night, and weekends. This position comes with potential to move up to the General Manager position.
