Job Description

ABM Industries is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Facility Manager to oversee facility maintenance and operational performance at a high-profile client site. This leadership role is responsible for ensuring safe, efficient, and cost-effective operations while driving continuous improvement and service excellence. The Facility Manager will lead maintenance teams, manage projects, oversee budgets, and serve as the primary point of contact for client coordination related to facility operations.
Compensation:
$45,386.38 annual salary (US Dollars) The pay listed is the salary range for this position. Any specific offer will vary based on the successful applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data. You may be eligible to participate in a Company incentive or bonus program

For information about ABM's benefits, visit ABM Employee Benefits | Staff & Management Direct and manage daily facility maintenance and operational activities Lead and develop skilled technicians across HVAC, mechanical, electrical, and general maintenance disciplines Plan, coordinate, and execute operational and capital improvement projects Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies Monitor and report operational KPIs, maintenance metrics, and financial performance Prepare professional reports and presentations for senior leadership and client review Manage labor planning, scheduling, budgeting, and cost controls Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance reliability, efficiency, and service delivery Maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and responsive service Maintenance background with working knowledge of HVAC, mechanical, and electrical systems Demonstrated leadership experience in maintenance or facility operations Strong computer proficiency (Microsoft Office Suite required; CMMS experience preferred) Experience tracking, documenting, and analyzing operational data Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications Experience in industrial or manufacturing environments Prior operations management experience overseeing multi-disciplinary maintenance teams Experience supporting 24/7 operations About Us ABM (
