Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k) Match, PTO , Discretionary Bonus Program and more Job Summary Adecco Permanent Recruitment is partnered with a well-established company in the property management and residential housing space to help them hire a Facilities Coordinator. This role supports the day-to-day maintenance, inspection, and operational needs of a diverse residential property portfolio. The Facilities Coordinator will work closely with facilities, maintenance, and property management teams to ensure buildings remain safe, compliant, well-maintained, and visually appealing while coordinating inspections, vendors, and facility-related projects. Key Responsibilities + Conduct property inspections including pre-move-in, move-out, turnover, and final walkthroughs, documenting findings and coordinating follow-up actions. + Perform routine site visits to identify maintenance concerns, safety issues, capital improvement opportunities, and overall property appearance enhancements. + Coordinate vendor access and oversee compliance with contracted services including landscaping, janitorial, HVAC , elevator, and life safety systems. + Support regulatory inspections, preventative maintenance programs, testing schedules, and compliance-related activities across the portfolio. + Maintain organized records of inspections, permits, certifications, compliance documents, and maintenance reports. + Create, track, and update work orders while supporting facility-related research and administrative activities. + Assist with facilities projects and operational initiatives as needed to support maintenance and property management teams. + Participate in periodic evening inspections to verify exterior lighting functionality and property safety standards. Qualifications and Must-Haves + Previous experience in facilities coordination, property management, maintenance administration, building operations, hospitality operations, or a related field. + Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, inspections, and deadlines simultaneously. + Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-service-focused approach. + Comfortable working independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams. + Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel. + Ability to learn and utilize property management, CRM , work order, and inspection software platforms. + Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of vehicle insurance required. + Ability to spend significant time walking properties, climbing stairs, and conducting on-site inspections. + Flexibility to work occasional early mornings, evenings, and limited weekend hours during peak property turnover periods. + Must successfully pass a criminal background check.
Pay Details:
