Job Description

We are looking for a Facilities Coordinator 4 to support day-to-day workplace operations for a Contract position in Kirkland, Washington. This role focuses on keeping the site organized, stocked, safe, and running smoothly while partnering with vendors, building contacts, and internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate is comfortable balancing administrative work with hands-on facility walkthroughs, follow-up tasks, and coordination across multiple service providers.
Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily facility support activities by conducting site walkthroughs, identifying issues, and helping coordinate timely resolution with the appropriate teams.
  • Maintain workplace readiness by monitoring supplies, managing restocking needs, and ensuring common areas remain orderly and functional.
  • Build productive relationships with internal partners, property contacts, and external vendors to support efficient site operations.
  • Help supervise contractor activity on site and confirm that work is completed in line with service expectations, safety practices, and building standards.
  • Support vendor sourcing and service coordination as operational needs arise.
  • Process purchase orders and assist with routine financial tracking, including accrual support, report updates, and follow-up on facility-related expenses.
  • Perform inspections, audits, and safety checks while reinforcing compliance with site procedures and risk management practices.
  • Contribute to incident escalation, reporting, and business continuity preparedness by following established response protocols.
  • Prepare recurring updates and administrative reports to help track performance metrics, service levels, and ongoing facilities projects.
