Job Description

Resident Care Manager Are you a CNA with Med Tech experience, or an experienced Med-Tech, with leadership qualities seeking a management position. Garden Courte Memory Care is seeking a full-time Resident Care Manager.
OVERVIEW OF POSITION
As a manager in our RCM role, nursing services will be delivered to residents with the intentionality and attention to detail you provide. Med Techs will thrive under your leadership due to your excellent teaching and training, and you will be a valued member of our multi-disciplinary team. Collaboration with various teams of healthcare providers will be successful due to the effective communication skills and leadership you bring, with resident wellness being the forefront of your focus.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experienced Med Tech or previous Resident Care Coordinator/Resident Care Manager.
  • Nurse Delegation Certification.
  • Must have a current
CNA / HCA
certification.
  • Caregiving experience working in a senior living facility.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of resident care processes, particularly as it relates to geriatric, dementia residents.
JOB DUTIES
  • Employ the basics: strong organization, written communication, time management.
  • Actively evaluate and identify evolving health needs of our residents via resident assessments.
  • Ensure attention to detail in implementing our processes with our Med Techs.
